We like to keep things simple. Our members can gain access to our facility 24/7 when they sign up for a monthly membership. Pricing starts at $35 a month.
What started as a small group of buddies lifting in a basement, has now turned into a full-service gym committed to inviting and encouraging people of all skill levels to meet their fitness goals.
We promote a judgement-free environment and a helpful, friendly atmosphere. It is our goal to accommodate and welcome everyone to The Basement.
The gym is led by head trainer, Paul Yohman, who studied Exercise Science and is a W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer. Paul is also the assistant Track & Field coach at Westminster College. He is dedicated to passing on his passion for fitness and fueling others to grow.
Geared towards building lean muscle mass, burning fat and improving overall health and wellness. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced packages. Pay a flat rate of $20 per half-hour session or $200 for a 12-session package.
Tailored solutions for anyone – from novice to professional athlete. Participants will be directed on what to do and shown how to do it. Packages can also include nutrition planning. Duration and complexity of the plan determines pricing. 50% down to get started.
Simple and easy-to-follow diet plans focused on clean eating. You’ll be asked to log your eating habits for 3 to 5 days, which will form the basis for a custom plan that suits your needs. Customers have the option to choose from a variety of meals. Pay an hourly rate of $40.
Looking to work out with a few friends? We offer small group classes with an average class size of 4, and a maximum of 6. Sessions last 1 to 1.5 hours and include a full-body work out, 3 or 4 times per week. Price per individual is $75 and includes 12 training sessions.
Coaches have the ability to schedule group training sessions for sports teams with a certified personal trainer. Athletes will learn proper lifting form and follow a trusted workout program for a period of 12 sessions. Pricing per individual is $75 and sessions last 1 to 1.5 hours.
A lay down tanning bed is available during office hours. Pricing options include: $10 per session, $20 for 4 sessions, and $40 per month for unlimited sessions. Pair unlimited tanning with a gym membership for only $55 per month. Tanning sessions last a maximum of 15 minutes.
Our monthly members have the ability to access the gym 24/7, allowing people to get their workout in when it is convenient for them. The entire facility is available for your use, including all rooms and equipment. Members are asked to respect the gym and wipe down all used equipment upon leaving. Towels are available for each member.
